The Edwin Forrest Society is reserved for those who have included The Fund in their estate plan. Please see the information concerning Edwin Forrest the actor and there is an Enrollment Form you can fill out on line or print and mail or fax to The Fund. If you have already included The Actors Fund in your estate plans, please let us know by calling us or filling out the Enrollment Form. We would like to assist you in making certain your intentions will be carried out. If you have not written a will yet, regardless of your charitable intent, please consider this.
