"Those of us on the Legacy Gifts Committee saw the need for a forum in which to gather local advisors for fellowship and education. The more informed we as advisors become, the better we can assist those clients who desire to benefit charitable organizations like the McLeod Health Foundation," Mike Roberts, first PAC Chairman, shared. .
The Professional Advisory Council will work closely with McLeod's philanthropic planning consultant, James E. Connell, FAHP, CSA, to guide the future efforts of informing our community of the many personal and financial benefits of charitable gift strategies.
PAC members meet quarterly for lunch and a presentation on a topic of interest to the group. PAC members are also available for presentations to community groups upon request.
The current members of the PAC include:
John M. Scott, III, Chairman, J.D., LL.M., Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A.
