Southern Connecticut State University established the Heritage Society to recognize those generous individuals with the foresight to make a gift to the university through their estate plans. By joining the founding members of the Heritage Society you will be making a powerful statement about your dedication to educational excellence and the future of Southern.
Members
of the Heritage Society are those who have:

Made a bequest to the Southern Connecticut State University Foundation, Inc. through a will or trust;

Named the Foundation as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy, pension plan, or bank account;

Named the Foundation as the beneficiary of a charitable lead trust;

Made a life income gift by creating a charitable remainder trust; and
-
Made a gift of residence to the Foundation.
If you have made provisions to support Southern through your estate planning, we encourage you to let us know. Your gift demonstrates your commitment to this institution and we hope to show our appreciation by recognizing you as a member of the Heritage Society. When you let us know of your intentions, it allows us the opportunity to personally thank you and properly steward your gift.
