a Gift to the San Francisco Symphony
The
following pages will offer ideas as to how you can be a part, truly a partner,
in the shaping and developing of our future through your gifts and support of
the Symphony. Your
rewards will be more than the potential tax savings. There is a great joy in helping
to perpetuate exceptional music and partnering to provide outstanding performances.
Join with us as we soar to new heights.
There
are as many different ways to support SF Symphony as there
are needs for your support. Planning
a gift is more than just finding a need. There are a lot of
factors to consider. If
planned giving is a new thought, you might want to take a
moment to consider some of the factors.Another
reference tool for your use is our chart briefly describing
some of the charitable means that are available to you - see
How Can I...?
The
stories that follow this page share some of the different ways people can become
partners with us in changing lives. Take a moment to see how people - perhaps
in circumstances similar to yours - have found ways to support the Symphony
and in turn enriched their hearts and provided needed support to others. Just
click on the links below.
If
you have already included SF Symphony in your estate plans,
please let us know by calling or
emailing us. We would like to assist
you in making certain your intentions will be carried out.
We would also like to invite you to join the Pierre
Monteux Society (visit the Society page for information
on the Society, its benefitts and its members). If you have
not written a will yet, regardless of your charitable intent,
please consider this.
We
want to recognize you... When you notify the Symphony
about your gift, whether intended or received, we will enroll
you in the Pierre Monteux
Society. As a member, you will be invited to our annual
Society celebration and other special activities, recognized
in the Symphony’s program book, Playbill, and receive a CD
of selections conducted by Maestro Monteux. To view a list
of Pierre Monteux Society members click

Individual
circumstances will vary - as with all tax and estate planning, please consult
your attorney or estate specialist. We will be glad to answer questions and offer
suggestions confidentially based on your personal circumstances. Please call us
or e-mail us (see contact page). You may also use
