Please setup our personalized Instant Web Page for Planned Giving. We agree to pay $99.00 for the initial setup and $99.00 a year for the leasing of the content, the maintenance and the supervision of the pages set up by Future Focus. We understand the minimum subscription is for one year. The first year total will be $198; each year thereafter is $99 a year. The setup and subscription payments are due on the completion of the setup by Future Focus.

This payment program is for a partial customization (for a member of a larger organization) of a generic series of pages made for a larger organization. Only the first page, the contact page, the closing page and (if used) the wish list page will be customized for the individual member. The pictures used on the pages will be generic with the exception of the first page (we will copy one or two pictures from your web site or scan in pictures you send us) and the contact page, where pictures of up to two staff contacts may be included with their contact information (we will scan in if you send us their photos).
