Future Focus has negotiated a special price for the Philanthrotec for the Web planned giving calculator (see http://www.ptec.com for additional information). The current price for the calculator is $195 annually. Future Focus will provide the calculator as part of the planned giving web page product at an annual subscription of $149. Future Focus also offers our web page clients a series of eBrochures they can forward additional material either in printed form or as a PDF file to their planned giving clients and prospects. The eBrochures (more information, pricing and links to examples) can be printed on an 8.5" by 11" single sheet, front and back or sent as an e-mail attachment. While new subjects will be added periodically, the current available eBrochures are:

• Wills and Bequests
• Charitable Gift Annuities
• Gifts of Real Estate and Gifts of Retirement Assets

Each brochure is personalized to your organization and mission with complete contact information. In addition, graphic elements from your planned giving website are included to pictorially tie the eBrochure to your website. For a period of two years from purchase, the eBrochure is fully editable and all changes in look and contact information may be updated without charge. This will save considerable reprinting expense and paper waste. After two years, an extension may be purchased to continue the editing options.

Donor e-Mail is sent to Future Focus clients quarterly as a generic document that can be personalized for printed or e-mail distribution. It is also content that can be used in other formats. Future Focus will provide Donor e-mail in a personalized, HTML e-mail ready for distribution with graphic elements from the client web pages as well as complete contact information and hot links back to the client website. Additional information supplied by the client can also be inserted. The result is a turnkey eNewsletter for planned giving donors and prospects that enables Future Focus clients to keep in touch with non-ask contacts and maintain top-of-mind awareness among their contacts.
