Public Radio WUOT has been an important cultural and informational community resource for more than half a century. Since 1949, WUOT has provided unique programming which significantly contributes to the quality of life of this community. WUOT listeners value programs which entertain, enlighten and inform them.
If you want to ensure that WUOT continues for another 50 years and beyond, you may wish to become our valued partner in developing, encouraging and shaping this type of quality broadcasting through planned giving. Beyond the satisfaction of tax savings and furthering excellence in programming, you will find a very personal reward in the knowledge that your gift has helped perpetuate WUOT as a community asset.
Planning a gift is more than just finding a need. There are a lot of factors to consider. If planned giving is a new thought, you might want to take a moment to consider some of the factors. Another reference tool for your use is our chart briefly describing some of the charitable means that are available to you - see How Can I...?
There
are as many different ways to support WUOT as there are needs for your support.
The following stories share some of the different ways people can become partners
with us in providing quality programming. Take a moment to see how people - perhaps
in circumstances similar to yours - have found the means to offer support and
in turn enriched their lives and their hearts in ways they never imagined. Just

Our most important current concern is digital conversion. We are currently prioritizing some of our other needs so that we may present a list for your information. When completed, it will be available on our wish list.
If you have already included WUOT in your estate plans, please let us know by calling us or filling out our estate intention form. We would enjoy the opportunity to thank you and would like to make sure your intentions are carried out properly. In addition, it will also enable us to advise you about any changes in tax law that we spot that may effect the tax efficiency of your gift. If you have not written a will yet, regardless of your charitable intent, please consider this.
As there are different methods to utilize in planned giving, your personal circumstances will determine what is the best structure for you to support WUOT Public Radio. We will be glad to answer questions, review your unique circumstances and offer suggestions confidentially. Please call or e-mail us (see contact page). Also, you may use our request for information form.
